Robyn is highly motivated to provide women with the opportunity to REBUILD their bodies post birth. Here at TRU FIT, we know that women post birth are often left with minimal support and pathways with regards rehabilitation after child birth. WE WANT TO CHANGE THAT!

For only £75 per month, we can offer a twice a week training programme (every Tuesday and Thursday at 11am) to kick start your fitness journey and help REBUILD women postpartum back to their stronger selves and give them the confidence to training and lift.
