Level 3 Pre & Postnatal Personal Trainer

Robyn is highly motivated to provide women with the opportunity to REBUILD their bodies post birth. Here at TRU FIT, we know that women post birth are often left with minimal support and pathways with regards rehabilitation after child birth. WE WANT TO CHANGE THAT!

For only £75 per month, we can offer a twice a week training programme to kick start your fitness journey and help REBUILD women postpartum back to their stronger selves and give them the confidence to training and lift.

REBUILD

Whether you’re 6 weeks or 10 years and bEyond postpartum, we can support and educate you about training post birth.

Our REBUILD membership will include:

  • Pelvic floor rehabilitation

  • The importance of diaphragmatic breathing

  • Correct breathing and engagement techniques whilst

    training and lifting weights

  • Getting you training with confidence

  • A supportive community
