2) We have a proper conversation
One of our coaches will call you at your chosen time. We'll talk about your goals, your training history, your lifestyle, and what you're looking for. This isn't a sales call - it's a genuine conversation to make sure we're the right fit for you.

3) We match you to the right taster class
Based on what you tell us, we'll recommend the perfect session for your first visit - whether that's a Strength session, a lower-intensity Sweat or Core class, or something in between. No guesswork.

4) You come in for your free taster
You'll be welcomed in, introduced to your coach and the other members in the session. Your first class is completely free. Just bring yourself — we'll take care of the rest.

Do I need to be fit to join?
Not at all. We have members at every level - from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. The initial call is specifically designed to make sure we match you to the right session for where you are right now.
Is the taster class really free?
Yes, completely free. We want you to experience TRU FIT before you make any decision. There's no obligation and no hard sell at the end.
Why do I need a call before the taster class?
Because not every session suits every person. Rather than just telling you to turn up to any class, we take a few minutes to understand your goals and experience so your first session is actually right for you. It makes a huge difference.
What are the class times like?
We run sessions in the morning, at lunch, and in the evening — Monday through to Saturday. Check the timetable for the full schedule.
Where are you based?
We're at Barn 7, New Inn Farm, Sand Lane, Silsoe, Bedfordshire, MK45 4QR. Easily accessible from Ampthill, Flitwick, Shefford, Barton-le-Clay, and the surrounding areas.
