All sessions are modified for beginners or seasoned athletes


Monday: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 12:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
WORK (FULL BODY STRENGTH - Main lift: Squat)

Tuesday: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, & 6:30pm
BURN (METCON / ENDURANCE)

Wednesday: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 12:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
WORK (FULL BODY STRENGTH - Main lift: Press)

Thursday: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 5:30pm & 6:30pm
BURN (METCON / ENDURANCE)

Friday: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 12:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
WORK (FULL BODY STRENGTH - Main lift: Deadlift)

Saturday: 7am, 8:30am
