What’s included…
Day 1 Face to face Consultation
Starting at day 1 we set up a 1:1 consultation to get to you know you and and set your targets/goals. As part of this process we will also do an InBody scan and offer advise on nutrition and diet to ensure we get you on track to achieve your goals right away.
small group PT (x1 a week)
After your initial consultation, every new starter gets access to additional SGPT (Small Group PT) every Monday, Wednesday or Friday. These are designed to help you get started and to teach and educate you on the fundamental movement patterns we use in our group training sessions. We do this to ensure you feel confident and more at home in our group training sessions.
Unlimited group training
Full access to all group training throughout the week. As well as the small group PT sessions, you can still get involved with all the main classes.
Unlimited InBody Scans
Full access to our InBody scanner to hold you accountable and on track with your goals every week.
4 week review Consultation
We schedule in a catch up for once your 4 week trial has ended to review your initial goals and complete another InBody scan to see what you’ve achieved in just 4 weeks. We will then adjust, reset or add new goals and schedule your 90 day review, to keep you accountable for the following months.
